All the information provided is to the best of my knowledge as parent/guardian. I agree to promptly notify Repertoire Dance Studio of any changes to health and wellbeing, contact details and special requirements.
I have a clear understanding that if my child’s tuition fee is not paid in full by the1st of the month, that training for my child will be postponed until payments resume. No refunds are given for lessons/uniform, under any circumstance. I understand that any payments made to RDS for exams, shows, competitions, cancelled lessons (for reasons out of our control), uniform and costumes are non-refundable under any circumstance. If fees are paid late, you will incur a charge of £5 per day fee which will need to be paid in full before tuition resumes.
Please note, 4 weeks paid notice is required if your child is leaving RDS, 8 weeks paid notice for 1-2-1/private lessons. Notice must be sent via email You will be billed appropriately in such circumstance, if payment is not made, our legal team will be in contact within 7 days. .
All notices will be sent out via WhatsApp group chat, please ensure you are added to the relevant groups within your first week of joining. RDS are not responsible for any missed notices, if you are not in the correct group chats. If you change your number, please notify the principals so your new number can be added to the relevant group chats, to avoid any notices being missed.
Repertoire accepts no responsibility for loss of property or personal injury during class times. Correct footwear and full uniform must always be worn, no jewellery to be worn, and hair tied back off the face in a low centre parting bun.
At RDS, we have a safe touch policy whereby we may need to use a hands-on approach to support your child within their classes. If you have any queries regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to approach a member of RDS for a chat regarding this.
By enrolling, you are agreeing to take part in annual performances, and you agree to collect your child from inside the venue, on time, from each lesson. Parents are not to enter the main studios at any time, please speak to reception staff about any issues/enquiries or email us at info@repertoiredance.co.uk, please give 48 hours for a response, please call if your matter is urgent and cannot wait the 48 hour window
Uniform is to be purchased from RDS directly, within a month of your child’s start date. Uniform orders are made once per month on the 1st. Uniform will not be ordered until payment is made in full.
All members must pay their £25 membership fee annually, this covers insurance, licensing and administration. This is non refundable under any circumstance.
Repertoire Dance Studio have 24hr CCTV / Audio cameras fitted in the premises. Footage will not be used unless necessary, only then will footage be shared with the authorities. Repertoire will not pass your details to any third parties without your permission. Name & age will be used for exams and competitions purposes only.
Any abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated - such behaviour from parents/carers will result in immediate termination of training with no refund. Our staff team work tirelessly to provide you / your child with the best experience possible, please treat them with respect.
