Advanced Acro – Tuesdays 7:30–8:30PM at RDS Studios

Our Advanced Acro class is designed for experienced acro dancers who are ready to push their limits and master high-level skills. This class focuses on advanced technique, power, control, and precision, while continuing to build flexibility, strength, and confidence.

Following the structured Acrobatic Arts syllabus, students work on skills such as aerials, back handsprings, chest stands, walkovers, balances, and partner/group tricks, all with an emphasis on safety and clean execution.

Dancers also have the optional opportunity to earn badge awards during class time, allowing them to track their progress through the advanced levels of the syllabus at their own pace.

Taught in a focused, supportive environment, this class is perfect for committed dancers looking to elevate their acro performance and technique.
