Acro Competition Team – Tuesdays 6:00–6:30PM at RDS Studios

Our Acro Competition Team is designed for dedicated acro dancers who are ready to take their training to the stage. This focused session prepares students to perform acro-based routines competitively, combining strength, flexibility, control, and performance skills in high-energy, dynamic choreography.

Team members work together to perfect group tricks, formations, transitions, and seamless execution, all while showcasing their technical progress and performance quality. Dancers must be enrolled in an Acro class to ensure continued development and safe progression.

As part of the RDS Competition Team, our Acro dancers have the opportunity to compete at regional and national events, gaining experience, confidence, and team spirit along the way.

Selected acro students with solid technique and commitment to team training

Where: RDS Studios
Requirement: Must also attend a regular Acro technique class
