Drills & Skills Competition Team – Compulsory Training Class

Our Drills & Skills Competition Team Class is a compulsory training session designed to develop and strengthen our competitive dancers. This focused class is dedicated to building the technical foundations and physical conditioning needed to support each dancer's progress and performance throughout the season.

During each session, students will take part in:

• Body Conditioning – improving strength, stamina, control and overall fitness
• Flexibility Training – increasing mobility and developing safe, effective flexibility
• Skills Development – refining technique and mastering key dance fundamentals
• Jumps – building elevation, power and precision
• Leaps – enhancing extension, strength and performance quality
• Turns – developing balance, spotting, control and consistency

This class is an essential part of our training programme and plays a vital role in each dancer's growth, progression and success as a member of our Competition Team. Regular attendance, effort and commitment are expected as we work together to help every dancer reach their full potential both technically and artistically.
